Card Cowboy is a free card game from indie developer Chris Wade. In this old western-themed adventure, a lone cowboy is out seeking revenge on the man who robbed him. He will scour the wild west in order to find his mark.

Similar to Call of Juarez: Gunslinger or Red Dead Redemption II, Card Cowboy will take players on a journey across the old frontier to dish out their brand of justice by any means necessary. Players are dealt a hand of cards, and it's up to them to make the most of what they have.

This mechanic adds a level of unpredictability to the experience as you can never really get a good grasp of what could happen until they're right in front of you.

The game's map is laid out in a tabletop-like manner with branching paths. You basically decide how your adventure will unfold based on this premise. Regardless, you will be encountering a variety of interesting characters along the way that can either be friend or foe. However, despite everything it has going on, the actual gameplay is short, typically only lasting a few minutes each session.

It looks nice, easy to get into the story, and its card-based gameplay offers plenty of fun and variety.
