Carcheck KG is an application for the public to check the vehicles in Bishkek for any violations. This is done by the photographic method, which consists of a camera that automatically detects the number of a vehicle and shows the registration details. 

This application is used by the Bishkek government for its purpose of the public service, but users can use it for any purpose. 

The application can be used as follows:

To get the history of the vehicle license plate number for the selected year.To check the validity of the registration of the selected car.To know the amount of the fine for the selected violation.To know the year, model, make, engine size, etc. of the selected car.
