The Capilla Real de Granada is the final resting place of Don Fernando de Aragón, Da Isabel de Castilla, Da Juana I, Don Felipe I, and the Infante Miguel. The monument is connected to the Cathedral, but its architecture remains distinct. It was constructed between 1505 and 1517 in the Gothic Isabelline style and features a single nave covered by Gothic vaults. The interior is adorned with a golden wrought-iron gate that depicts scenes from the Passion and Resurrection of Christ, as well as the lives and martyrdoms of Saint John the Baptist and Saint John the Evangelist, crowned by a Calvary.
