Canny is the feedback-gathering tool that can save your company time and money. Get feedback from anywhere on the web, all in one place. Track requests and send automated responses to the people who requested them.

How does it work?

Let's say you're the creator of a new product and you're looking for customer feedback.

Canny lets you find out who is interested in your product and what they think about it. You'll get the exact response you want and the details you need. After you've identified the people who want to hear from you, you can send them an automated response with all the details you want them to know.

You'll see an overview of all the requests and you can pick and choose what you want to follow up on. It's as easy as that.
