Cameo, also published as Cameo - Personal celeb videos, is a lifestyle entertainment application developed by Baron App, Inc. This app allows you to receive a video from any of your favorite celebrities. For a specific amount, you will be able to book videos from over 40,000 stars. These videos include a birthday wish or greeting, an announcement for a special event, or an exclusive pep talk. Unfortunately, this is only available for US residents at the moment.

How does the Cameo app work?

The app requires a user subscription before you can purchase a video here. It has an intuitive interface that you can easily browse the directory and search for celebrities by name, profession, TV show, etc. If you scroll down its homepage, you can also see them sorted into featured categories, like "Cameos for Charity." Each of these celebrities tantamount to their price ranging from several quid to a few hundred quid.

To give you an idea of the creator's performance, you can check the star ratings, reviews, and previews of their recent videos on their Cameo page. If you want to get notifications for a  creator, you can add them to your mail list. You can also opt to highlight particular people you're interested in, and a notification will then be sent to you once they're available. If you have a celebrity in mind already, you can fill out a form detailing your request. 

You'll have 250 characters to compose your personalized message. Also, you need to specify if you want the video for yourself or someone else. You also need to state the occasion and any other special instructions. Apart from personal ones, you can get promotional videos for your product or company as well. Although, only a few celebrities have this option and its rights have three-month expiration. They have seven days to complete your requests, and once it's ready, you will get a download link on your email.
