So why are we so attached to our phones?

There are a lot of reasons why this is the case, but one of the biggest ones is the ability to keep in touch with loved ones. If you’re on a long business trip, for example, or away at school, there’s a real comfort to being able to see that familiar face and know that everything is going to be okay.

A lot of the times, though, you’re not getting that comfort. In fact, you’re often annoyed and frustrated by all the phone calls and texts that come through your phone. So what do you do?
