After the dealer has dealt 4 cards, the first round of play begins. Each player is given an equal number of turns to play a card in anti-clockwise direction. If a player is able to play a higher-ranking card, they are given the option to do so.

The game ends when all 5 rounds have been completed. The player with the highest score at the end of the game is declared the winner.
