The redesign brings commonly used tools into clearer sections, making it easier to manage event types, booking options, availability, and settings. Existing scheduling setups, automations, and configurations remain intact during the transition. 

Simpler navigation, broader capabilities 

The New Calendly organizes Scheduling around event types, single-use links, meeting polls, and routing forms. The former Meetings page is now Calendar, while Recaps has become Notetaker. Automations houses workflows and integrations, and a consolidated Settings area brings profile, calendar, branding, privacy, AI, and administrative controls together. 

For teams, this platform continues offering useful tools beyond basic booking, including routing, analytics, and automated reminders or follow-ups. Routing can qualify and direct leads to the appropriate team member, while Workflows automate communications around meetings. One drawback is that the redesigned experience is currently in limited availability, so not everyone can access it yet.
