In a recent update, the app introduced a range of customization options. Users can now choose from different timeline styles, such as a fixed timeline with a timespan from 6 am to 12 am, a dynamic timeline that adjusts based on the first and last event of the day, and a moving timeline that covers a 4-hour timespan for the future. Additionally, you have the choice between displaying a full big image on your watch face or showing the next event text on top of the timeline. The app also allows you to enable text in the timeline, providing a comprehensive view of your event details.

It's worth noting that the big graph complication feature is only available on Apple Watch Series 4 and higher, specifically on high detail watch faces like Modular Duo, Infograph Modular, or Infograph Compact. Additionally, MDM (company) managed devices may not provide calendar data, even with granted access, as watchOS-only apps cannot read MDM profiles.
