CAD.Plus is an application for opening and viewing CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawings on your Mac device. CAD.Plus supports Open DXF, DXB, and DWG files. Support for dragging to move the camera around, zooming in and out, and viewing in full screen mode is all supported. Unfortunately, CAD.Plus is a viewer only, despite describing itself as for "CAD drawing on Mac". The interface can be un-intuitive, also. Such as the menu bar only being available when a drawing is open.
