Busan e-FM is the first local English radio station established by the City of Busan. Its mission is to provide useful living tips and information about local culture to visitors from overseas and expatriates living in the Busan area, while also helping Busan citizens improve their English ability.

Since its launch on February 27th, 2009, Busan e-FM Radio has been delivering a diverse range of programs covering current affairs, news, entertainment, music, culture, and information. The station has expanded its services beyond English, offering Chinese language programming since October 28th, 2013, and Vietnamese language programming since May 29th, 2016.
