Burrito Bison: Launcha Libre, from Kongregate, is an arcade launch game featuring Burrito Bison, Pineapple Spank, and El Pollo. Players send the wrestlers soaring through a candy-filled world, smashing gummies, breaking obstacles, and improving their abilities as they attempt to travel farther.

Recovering the stolen cookbook

The story follows Burrito Bison after an evil chef steals his cookbook. To retrieve it, he teams up with Pineapple Spank and El Pollo to fight through a gummy invasion and travel across the gummies’ alternate universe.

Each attempt revolves around launching one of the three wrestlers, maintaining momentum, and using well-timed actions to remain airborne. Players bounce across enemies and take advantage of objects and bonuses along the way. However, the basic loop can become repetitive after several runs.

Wrestler upgrades and challenging opponents

Dozens of upgrades improve the wrestlers’ abilities, including qualities such as strength, speed, luck, slipperiness, and explosive power. The game also features five opponents, each with a particular weakness. Defeating them awards large bonuses and allows players to continue progressing toward the final encounter.

A final boss appears later in the journey, marking the first such battle in the series. Players can also crack open piñatas to collect additional items and bonuses during their attempts.
