BudCon3. Presupuestos obra is a complimentary field tool that works with standard exchange format fiebdc-3 (bc3) programs on PC. Its primary feature is the visualization of chapters, measurements, and breakdowns. It also allows for editing of measurements and lines, as well as creating budgets from scratch.

One of its best features is the ability to print the budget in PDF and export it to XLS. It also includes a built-in functionality to add annotations to the measurements and chapters, which can be used as a work diary or as a means of review.

The program allows for the certification of work and printing of it in PDF format that is compatible with the administration. The output file is configurable. It is possible to exchange data between different budgets using copy+paste commands.

It allows the printing of budgets in PDF, adaptable to present to private and public entities, with the option to insert the company logo. It accepts formulas and partial and total sums in measurement lines. Additionally, it allows for sharing the files generated from the application.
