To use the app, you need to have a BT ID or your primary email address or Once you have logged in, the app will automatically connect you when you are in range of a hotspot. The app is designed to help users avoid going over their 3G/4G data allowance.

The app comes with a new and improved BT Wi-fi map that helps users find and get directions to their nearest BT Wi-fi hotspots. The app is available to all BT Broadband customers, BT Business Broadband customers, BT Wi-fi 3 & 12 Month Unlimited subscription customers, and BT One Phone customers.
