Doom Gets Bloodier with Brutal Doom
Brutal Doom is a gameplay mod compatible with a number of titles in the Doom series, including Doom, The Ultimate Doom, Doom II: Hell on Earth and Final Doom. As its title suggests, Brutal Doom is designed to add a whole new heapign of gore to Doom, with blood and servered body parts flying in all directions. The enemies will come at you with new attacks, but you will be able to fight them off with some additional tricks of your own: you can even tear off their heads, and use them as projectiles.
