Browser-Proxy is an application that allows you to modify AJAX requests in a browser, so you can control your website and perform your own testing.

Why is it useful?

It allows you to change requests without the page refreshing, you can use it in case you need to change a URL and there is no direct way to do it. For example, a web page you are developing might need to modify a URL, but that is not a big problem, you just need to make a request and wait for the page to update. But what happens if the request is made to a server you cannot control, for example Google Analytics? That is where Browser-Proxy comes in handy, you can make a request to a page that uses Google Analytics and if the page has been requested again, the URL in the request will be modified to the correct one.

The app works as a server-side proxy that changes requests before they reach the server, it does not modify requests that are handled by the server, it does not change the headers, or delay responses. You can only modify the response, and the response headers are not changed either.

With this proxy, you can modify requests so that they will look like they are coming from your own server. This way you can test your application without impacting your real server.
