Bright Sky is a free app that can be used to find the help and support you need in your relationship, or if you have been affected by abuse. It offers a safe and confidential way to talk about your experience and the information you can use to help you.

You can log your abuse in text, audio, video, or photo form. You can also ask questions about your safety, and what you can do to stop your partner from abusing you.

Why download the app?

If you are in an abusive relationship, or if you know someone who is, you can use the app to get help and support. You can use it in English, Welsh, Polish, Punjabi, and Urdu. It will help you get through the day and provide you with the information and advice you need.
