Bomgar Rep Console is a free Android application that allows IT support technicians to remotely support desktops, laptops, or servers from their Android devices. This app is perfect for those who need to provide assistance to customers or employees when they are away from their workstations.

With Bomgar Rep Console, technicians can initiate a remote support session without requiring any pre-installed software on the customer's device. The app also enables them to view the customer's screen and control their mouse and keyboard, making it easier to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

One of the great features of Bomgar Rep Console is the ability to work on multiple support sessions simultaneously. The app also allows technicians to chat with end-users and other reps within a session, making collaboration and issue resolution more efficient. However, it's worth noting that the app only works with existing BeyondTrust Remote Support and Bomgar Remote Support installations, versionor above, that have trusted CA-signed certificates.

Overall, Bomgar Rep Console is a reliable and convenient tool for IT support technicians who need to provide remote assistance on-the-go.
