The Egyptian Knowledge Bank (EKB) is an innovative project, the aim of which is to improve the quality of education, and to support research and scientific projects by the government and private sector, in addition to promoting the teaching of science in schools.

It supports the teaching of basic science in schools, as well as the promotion of educational and research centers, and the adoption of technological innovations to improve the level of education and learning. It is considered one of the largest and most comprehensive knowledge banks in the world, in terms of the number of knowledge sources it contains, as well as their nature and importance.

It contains the most complete set of scientific and academic journals in the Arab world, in addition to a large number of books and academic references, and hundreds of thousands of educational and research videos. It also contains the most important educational and research libraries, with the capability to store and manage information and data with the greatest possible efficiency and accuracy.

The EKB is supported by four main portals, according to the interests of its users, whether general readers of the people, students, or researchers. In addition to the four portals, it also contains many other services that aim to spread awareness and knowledge among the people and improve the quality of education by simplifying the scientific process and enhancing scientific research efforts.
