First, we need to install the app on both devices. After installation, we need to connect the devices to the same network. Once the devices are connected, we can start the transfer. There is a transfer button on the main screen of the app. We need to tap it to start the transfer.

Now we need to select the contacts to be transferred. We can select all the contacts or we can select specific contacts. When we select all the contacts, it will show a confirmation screen. We can also get the backup contacts in PDF format or in text file format. After clicking on the "Create Backup" button, it will create the backup contacts and send it to the email.

Now we can export the contacts from the app to the backup contacts. It is an easy way to send the backup contacts to the email account.
