BlueCare Anywhere is a virtual healthcare service that allows you to talk with a doctor online or on your mobile device, at any time, from anywhere. You can use it to see a doctor, talk with a doctor, or get a prescription from a doctor. It’s available to anyone who is a member of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (BCBSAZ).

How does BlueCare Anywhere work?

It’s easy to use and takes just a few minutes to get started. When you sign in, you’ll see a welcome screen and a dialogue that will guide you through the steps. After you’ve signed in, you can start your virtual visit.
