Blue Connect Mobile NC is a free Android app developed by BCBSNC that allows you to access your Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina health plan information right from your smartphone. With Blue Connect Mobile NC, you can manage your plan, track your benefits, deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses, and spending account balances, and make better decisions about your health.

The app is easy to use and offers a range of features such as secure login through device-native Face Authentication™ and Fingerprint ID™, digital member ID card, and real-time claims status details. You can access helpful tools such as provider search, urgent care finder, medical procedure cost estimator, and PCP selection tool for members to make informed choices. The app also offers a high-level coverage and benefits summary, access to digital documents, including EOBs, member letters, plan materials, and monthly invoices, and customer support through click-to-call, in-app messaging, and Live Chat.

Blue Connect Mobile NC is available in Spanish, and you can update your contact preferences, securely pay a monthly premium, and view payment history. Please note, not all features are available for every Blue Cross plan member.
