Bloody Baroness is a mod that allows you to change the appearance of the Baroness in Blackmarsh. The mod also includes a new hairstyle, face textures, and an outfit. The goal is to give the appearance of an Orlesian mage.

This new look for the Baroness is inspired by later aesthetics, which are used to establish the appearance of an Orlesian mage. The face textures are based on the concept art from Heroes of Dragon Age. The mod is optional, so you can install it anytime. I also included an alternate.UTI so she's just wearing a generic noble dress, if you don't want her to be dressed like Vivienne.
