This extension transforms the Hacker News website for screen readers by setting a dark background with white text, centering titles with added highlights on hover, converting title links to h1 elements for better hierarchy, providing a dedicated right navbar for easy navigation, and adding aria-labels to describe images, titles, usernames, timestamps, and karma points.
