When Blather was founded, our mission was to combat partisanship and make peoples' bullshit detectors better. This is our vision. We want to help our users identify inaccurate arguments and be able to spot the contradictions of ideological dogma.

The Blather tool allows users to see if a statement in a given tweet is an example of a fallacious argument. It is a tool that can help people see if the argument they are about to share with others is correct. The Blather icon will appear blue if it is an example of a fallacious argument, and users can choose to assign one of the six commonly used fallacies to the current tweet or view fallacies already assigned to it. Once the fallacy has been assigned, users can generate a meme of it for download.
