With this app, you can upload sick notes, bonus certificates, and reimbursement requests, as well as make changes to your master data, apply for a social security card, request a new electronic health card (eGK), upload an image of your electronic health card, and make other requests. You can also download membership certificates, insurance certificates for students, and issue foreign health insurance certificates, all directly in the app or on your PC.

Security is a top priority, and the app includes BKK Scheufelen Secure to ensure the safety of your data. You can easily recognize if BKK Scheufelen Secure is active by checking the green or red lock symbol. Additionally, BKK Scheufelen Secure allows you to release security-relevant applications. You can enter the application directly on your PC and then release it using BKK Scheufelen Secure in the app.

To use the app, you must be a customer of BKK Scheufelen and at least 15 years old. Your device must also be running Android 7 or higher and not have a modified operating system or custom ROM.
