Biskita is an integrated public transportation payment system developed by the Badan Pengelola Transportasi Jabodetabek (BPTJ). It is designed to improve the safety and comfort of public transportation in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. The program is based on non-cash payment and uses the latest technology, in line with the Buy the Service program from the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. The app offers several features and menus, including the "Choose Route" feature, which helps users find their destination and directs them to the nearest Teman Bus stop. The "Help" feature allows users to provide feedback, suggestions, questions, or issues related to Biskita and directly connects them to the Biskita call center.
