BioShock 2 is an action game for PC that was developed by Vast Entertainment and published by Xbox. It was released on November 11, 2007 in North America, and August 27, 2008 in Europe. It was the second game in the series, following the first game, BioShock (also known as Bioshock 1). In this game, the player controls a character known as the "Subject Delta", who awakens in the city of Rapture 10 years after being declared dead. His true identity is that of a Big Daddy, a human who has become a monster, known as a "Big Sister". He has been forced to shoot himself, and is now searching for his younger sister, who is still inside the city. He finds her and helps her escape. The game also introduces a new enemy type, the Big Sister, which are extremely agile and fast versions of Big Daddies.
