Bingle is a useful Chrome add-on that allows users to quickly access relevant information about specific words on a webpage without the need to open another browser tab. By simply highlighting the word(s) to search for and right-clicking on them, users can select 'Search on Bingle' to retrieve information.

Using a BM25 retrieval algorithm, Bingle processes the highlighted words as queries and provides the user with the three most relevant Wikipedia articles related to those queries. The articles are accompanied by their corresponding summaries and are displayed in a convenient mini-card located at the top right corner of the page.
