Binded is a copyright management platform, providing artists and photographers the ability or option to safeguard their work for free. Binded was first set up in March 2016 – at that time, it was called Blockai. People using Binded’s service could upload their images to a confidential copyright vault. For each picture uploaded to the vault, a unique fingerprint is made and permanently saved securely. A copyright certificate is accorded to the creator with creation proof. In case a copyright infringement occurs, the company would advise it users on future course of action.
