Big Family is a free iPhone app developed by PAL VIETNAM TRAIDNG AND TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY. Designed without limitations, this app is exclusively for the employees, partners, and contractors of the company. It is specifically created to be used by all employees within the Big Family pharmacy chain system. There are no features in the app intended for the public.

The app is distributed across all provinces and cities in Vietnam. To access the app, employees within the system are provided with a free account to log in and utilize its key functions. These functions include updating personal information, accessing news articles, and placing temporary orders (without payment) for confirmation.
