Belegmeister simplifies expense reporting by allowing users to easily create travel expense reports with just a photo. The app automatically extracts all necessary data, eliminating the need for manual data entry. Users can export the completed report via the mobile app or the web application in PDF, CSV, or DATEV formats.

Belegmeister caters to two main user groups: a single-user version for solo self-employed individuals and a business version for companies with at least one data entry person and one reviewer/approver (starting from 2 persons). Both versions offer features like automatic calculation of meal and accommodation allowances, automatic receipt recognition using OCR and AI, clear tabular representations, and exports in DATEV, PDF, and CSV formats.
