You will start off right at the bottom of the 'Big Boring Football Spreadsheet', but if you play the game with skill, you will make your way up through the ranks and enter football history. But be warned that these will not be your typical football matches: indeed, Behold the Kickmen makes a point out of getting nearly every rule of the sport wrong.

Part of the fun of Behold the Kickmen is figuring out how the redesigned football works. Here, the Offside Rule means that there is a place on the side of the pitch where the players must never run. The story mode is a ridiculous parody of football culture, hooliganism and all. And all of this is illustrated with wacky cartoon artwork straight out of a Gorillaz video!
