How to get started:

1. Download the beFit by Lava application from Google Play Store.

2. After installing, the app will ask you to create an account.

3. After logging in, you can now set up the Lava smart band and get ready to use it.

4. You can now choose to link your Lava smart band with your Android phone or tablet.
