You will be able to get online health care, including diagnosis, medication prescriptions, referrals and more. You will be able to talk to your doctor or therapist via a video call or by phone, depending on which service you choose. You can also see the doctor’s or therapist’s medical records and get access to your medical records.

This service is powered by American Well®, an independent company that provides online visits for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network members.
