Bass Enhancer is a powerful AUv3 plug-in developed by RRS OOO. The plug-in offers a range of features to customize and control the bass enhancement process. It includes an ON switch, allowing users to bypass the Bass Enhancer for before/after comparisons. The LEVEL control knob adjusts the input signal level, while the INPUT meter provides visual monitoring of the output level before processing. The TIMBRE knob sets the balance between odd and even harmonics, and the FREQ knob determines the starting point of the frequency domain processing.

Additional features of Bass Enhancer include the LISTEN function, which mutes the mix signal and allows users to listen to the bass signal created by the plug-in. The MIX knob controls the amount of bass enhancement added to the original signal, while the H.meter displays the level of the harmonics generated. The OUTPUT meter provides monitoring of the output level after processing.

Bass Enhancer also offers convenient functions such as Undo/Redo and A/B comparison, allowing users to easily compare different settings and make adjustments as needed. The plug-in supports 2x/4x/8x upsampling for enhanced audio quality and features a scalable GUI for optimal viewing on different screen sizes.

To use Bass Enhancer, you will need an AUv3-compatible host app such as GarageBand, Auria, AUM, Cubasis, and more. Once installed, Bass Enhancer will appear in the list of Audio Unit extensions for effect plug-ins in the host app.
