Basemark GPU is a benchmark test utilities and tool software created by Basemark Oy. The software is utilized as a platform-agnostic Graphics Evaluation Tool for any Graphics Processing Unit. An agnostic software is compatible with various systems instead of being limited to a system. Being an agnostic software allows Basemark GPU to be tested on mobile and desktop platforms. Users can select High Quality and Medium Quality modes to find out if the GPU is powerful enough to handle HD graphics or not. The High-Quality mode is made for testing powerful Desktop workloads, on the other hand, the Medium Quality mode is meant for testing equivalent Mobile workloads. The software features full support for the Microsoft DIRECTX 12 API. It also works with OpenGL 4.5, OpenGL ES 3.1 and Vulkan API.
