Users can post links and content, as well as vote on the posts of others. When a post garners enough votes, it becomes 'hot' and is featured on the front page, gaining visibility among the extensive Balatarin community.

The platform includes hundreds of sub-communities called Balacheh, where users can create and manage their own communities or participate as members or moderators in existing ones.
