In Babes of Skyrim: Replacer, all of the NPC's are women. This is done by changing the gender of the NPCs, and it also gives you the option of having a female player character follow you. This is done by adding a new option to the game. You can now choose to have your character be a man or a woman.

It's also possible to change the appearance of all the NPC's. The way that this is done is by changing the skin, hair, eyes, and lips of all the NPCs.
