Ltd. and regulated by the Sichuan Health and Family Planning Commission, this program utilizes emerging information technologies such as the Internet of Things, mobile internet, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence. It aggregates healthcare information resources across the province, with a focus on family doctor contracting and services. It serves as a comprehensive healthcare and health service cloud platform that integrates medical, pharmaceutical, and medical insurance services.

The core features of 巴蜀快医医护端 include signing contracts with family doctors, fast input of diabetes and hypertension follow-ups with automatic record of the next follow-up appointment and timely reminders, quick and convenient creation of family and personal medical records, real-time access to and browsing of these records, management of family doctor teams for easy viewing and editing of team and individual information, automatic recording of public health service logs for easy management of recent work activities, online exams and case studies to help doctors improve their clinical skills, and an address book for adding residents for key resident management, education, text and image communication, and electronic prescription issuance (currently under development).
