Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is a free Android application developed by the Ministry of Culture Government of India. The app is aimed at celebrating and commemorating 75 years of India's independence and the glorious history of its people, culture, and achievements. The Mahotsav is dedicated to the people of India who have been instrumental in bringing India thus far in its evolutionary journey and hold within them the power and potential to enable Prime Minister Modi's vision of activating India 2.0, fueled by the spirit of Atmanirbhar Bharat.

The Mahotsav has five key themes: Freedom Struggle, Ideas@75, Achievements@75, Actions@75, and The official journey of 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav' commences on 12th March 2021, which starts a 75-week countdown to India's 75th anniversary of Independence, and will end post a year on 15th AugustThe app provides information about the Mahotsav and its various events, making it a great resource for anyone interested in celebrating India's independence and learning about its rich history.
