A simple, yet very powerful, extension. It's great for those who don't like the built-in bookmarking and tab browsing system in Chrome, as well as for those who find it a bit limiting.

In the Options, you can control all of the preferences for this extension, such as the default view when a bookmarks tree is displayed. You can modify the appearance, and control the layout, or even hide the folder tree itself, and only show the bookmarks list. You can also add a "Show in new window" button.
