The Avista app, developed by Avista Development, is a free social and communication application available on Android. It offers a range of convenient features exclusively for Avista customers. The app allows users to sign in using their myavista.com account credentials, and even supports Touch ID or Face ID on compatible devices.

The Avista app provides a real-time account balance, payment due date, and balance details. Users can also access their bill and payment history, and download their bill as a PDF. The app also allows users to easily switch between multiple accounts. Securely making immediate or scheduled payments is also available, with the ability to add or remove payment methods from the wallet.

The Avista app provides users with outage information, including an interactive map with area weather, regional outage information, and restoration information. Users can check outage status, track restoration progress, report a power outage, and see the status of specific outages, including estimated restoration times. Users can also search the outage map by address and know when a crew is on site working to repair the outage.

Lastly, the app offers convenient alerts for billing reminders or outage events. Users can sign up for and manage in-app push notifications. It is important to note that you must be an Avista customer to use the app and report outages. Data rates may apply.
