This app is exclusively designed for Avera Health Plans and DAKOTACARE health insurance members over the age of 2. It is an ideal option if you are dealing with flu or cold symptoms, headache, diarrhea, acid reflux, seasonal allergies, sinus infection, or any other minor illness. The virtual visit benefit varies according to your Summary of Benefits document, and some limitations apply. Members on a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), catastrophic plan, or Medicare Supplement are not eligible for free urgent care virtual visits. Visits are available for $64/visit for most members.
