Aurei Imperii mod is a software package that has been designed to improve the gameplay associated with Medieval II: Total War. It offers a number of in-game improvements, and two different versions are available. In terms of an even more engaging overall experience, little has been left to the imagination with this mod.

The intention of this bundle is similar to other mods, such as Medieval II: Total War: Kingdoms, particularly in terms of how certain mechanics have been improved. Visual elements, such as backgrounds and character skins, have also been enhanced.

Stunning HD cinematics

One unique feature of Aurei Imperii involves the cutscenes that have been created and added by the developer. These are provided in HD quality and enhance the overall user experience.

Two versions are available

The standard Aurei Imperii mod is rather large in terms of its file size. This is why the developers have also released a "lite" version that does not contain HD cutscenes. This version is less than two gigabytes in total file size.

A plethora of improvements

Aurei Imperii provides several enhancements to the classic Medieval II platform. These include (but are not limited to) models, traits, graphics, ancillaries, structures, real-time events, and audio effects. Therefore, fans of the original series should be impressed with such an improved UX.

Classic RTS with a modern twist

Aurei Imperii does not seek to reinvent Medieval II: Kingdoms. It has instead been engineered to build on already solid foundations. It is similar to mods associated with classic games, such as Lords of the Realm II.
