AUDIORIVER, developed by Fundacja Jest Akcja, is the official Android companion for the Audioriver Festival in Łódź, designed to keep attendees oriented across a multi-day electronic music event. The app combines artist profiles, an interactive timetable, venue navigation, digital ticket access, official playlists, and organizer news so users can prepare sets and react to schedule changes. It targets festival-goers and electronic-music fans who need stage-level planning, timely alerts, and on-device itineraries during the event.

How the app supports pre-event preparation and set planning

The app helps users prepare before they arrive by putting artist information and curated playlists in one place. Users can build a personal schedule with the My Line-up feature to receive reminders and track performance times. Practical steps include:

• browse artist profiles,
• add acts to My Line-up,
• follow official playlists to preview sets.

What to expect from device support and connectivity

The app requires Android 9.0 or later for the latest release and provides essential timetable access even with limited connectivity, which helps on crowded festival networks. Real-time schedule changes and emergency announcements arrive through push notifications, so an internet connection is necessary for those live updates. Digital ticket access is integrated, enabling on-device entry when connectivity permits, while core timetable data remains usable offline.

How organizers use the app for urgent updates and attendee communication

The developer, a foundation that runs the festival, uses the app as a direct channel to attendees: the News section delivers instant organizer messages while push notifications inform users about schedule changes and emergency announcements. That direct line centralizes logistics and safety alerts from the festival team, making the app a primary source for last-minute instructions and official notices during the event.

To sum up, a practical companion for focused festival attendance

To sum up, the app is a practical option for festival attendees who want a single place for schedule management, pre-event listening, and organizer alerts. It delivers timely announcements, though real-time updates require internet and some features depend on cellular coverage. Pro tip: enable push notifications before arrival to catch last-minute changes and set a personal My Line-up to receive reminders.
