AŞTU - Şahsy Otag is a free Android application developed by Asman Oky that is designed for the customers of the "Aşgabat şäher telefon ulgamy" ÝGPJ. The primary function of the app is to provide access to the services provided by the company. Users can view their service history, check their account balance, and access additional services available to them.

The app allows users to make payments for services and top up their accounts using the "Altyn asyr" plastic cards, which can be done online. Currently, the AŞTU - Şahsy Otag app is only available for home phones.
