You can select which method of scanning you want to get your hand scan from, including the in-built scanner (Android phones), our app, or one of our dedicated in-store scanners. 

You can also request a hand scan at any of our clinics in-store, or by mail with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. We’ll mail your hand scan out to you within a few days of receipt of your order. You can request your next hand scan any time by sending an email to the website.
