The AST-APP der LINZ AG LINIEN is a travel and navigation application available on the iPhone platform. Developed by TaxiTaxifunkzentrale GMBH, this app allows users to easily order a Linz call-collect taxi with just a few clicks. With the automatic GPS location feature, the app determines the user's current location and provides options to select the nearest AST departure point or a preferred one. After entering the desired departure time and destination, users can simply place their AST taxi order. Before confirming the order, the app displays the estimated fare, travel duration, and distance.

The AST service is provided by LINZ AG LINIEN and CC Taxiservice GmbH. It offers a shared taxi service that operates during specific hours in designated areas of Linz, as well as during nighttime to neighboring municipalities such as Ansfelden, Leonding, Pasching, Traun, Hörsching, Oftering, Kirchberg-Thening, Lichtenberg, Gramastetten, and Walding.
