ASI is an application that allows you to keep track of the people who have been in contact with you via the digital contact record. It works by means of Bluetooth, so it does not need to use your phone's location services or access to any of your personal data.

ASI is used by the Ministry of Health of Ecuador, in the operational field, and by the Ministry of Telecommunications, in the technological field.

ASI is designed to help you track contacts and identify persons who may be at risk of infection. It works in the following way:

Once you activate the application, it will search for the nearest Bluetooth devices in your vicinity and will notify you with a warning message if it finds any. You can then choose to allow or reject the connection, which will allow you to maintain control over the connection status.
